Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko's office had clashed with Tymoshenko on Ukraine's negotiating position just before the Moscow talks.
The question is who is working for whom..? PM for Russia, Pres for US?
As I predicted a week ago Ukraine is the big time looser, no possibility to shiphone any longer, paying much more than they wanted with the same transit fees...
I wouldn't want to be the ukrainian finance minister nowadays!
