Sidi,

It work like this almost everywhere around you. It helps for instance citizens appreciate the work of police and to let them know, how much their demonstration or other troubles cost the taxpayers who finance police.

Uniforms are common to rent for film making. This is how life is, but of course Serbia is still an emerging country from oppressive power...

just checked and for my State I can pay $55 for two years and have a custom plate like "CCCC". A part of the money would go to Amtrak.

"Free Kosova" won't work because it's more than six characters. "CCCC" is fine.

To poster #1, it's common in the west for police to do this and thus obtain extra money outside of the budget.

To poster #2. Lol, the Americans you Albanians love to idolize so much do this. Lol, at least it's 100% legal and not criminal

This is the first time I have heard of any country renting out its police services and equipment. It's a novel concept for sure. By the way, so does RSD compare to the USD?

I would like to rent a whole division of Serb police, and have them sing "Happy Birthday" when I blow my candles. Then rent a helicopter and go for a ride around Manhattan! No weapons allowed at my birthday party though....you never know with alcohol being available and all!
