NGOs want Srebrenica commemorated

Several NGOs have sent an invitation to the Serbian parliament to declare July 11 a day of commemoration of genocide in Srebrenica.

Some unnamed NGO:s said that...so who pays them? A lot of NGO:s that operates in eastern Europe get their paychecks from Soros and other US henchmen.
