Stange book. I don't know of any other country that has such a thing.

Of course such a book is based on gossip: much intelligence is. You can only double check to become more certain.

It is the nature of organized crime that gangs can come up and go down in a very short time. So to me a book looks less suitable than up-to-date profiles on the police intranet.
