No No, it can't be true, it's CNN propaganda, everyone knows that it is only Albanians who have a genetic disposition to drug dealing, people trading, rape, robbery etc etc, as has been explained thousands of times by our wise leaders since 1987. The wickedness of drugs is in the laws against their free and available use. Sometime near the end of the 19th century incarceraton became an industry and sin and vice became the avenue by which one group of folks lived off another group of folks but not by supplying what they needed but by locking them up instead. And because the prison industrial complex needs people to be locked up to keep functioning, the drug and gambling and temperance laws serve to fulfill this need. How did humans advance for all those hundreds of years without those kinds of laws? Good question and one without a good answer...
