The first hope for peace in Kosovo would involve all the destroyed, damaged, and missing Christian sites to be rebuilt and be allowed to come back to their original glory without attacks from angry Muslims.

"Don't worry, Father. The Albanians protected the monasteries throughout the yoke of the Ottoman Empire; they will protect them again."
Nikic

Yeah! The albanians have done a great job so far protecting the monasteries. Almost 200 churches and monasteries have been blown up or partially destroyed. I think albanians have done enough! Hope you can soon find another hobby!

Hope for peace. Its difficult to understand Serbs. They have been fighting with Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo.But there is hope that they have woken from bad sream.Serbs and Kosovar's have to do one thing ; Look at the future. Forget your myths etc. Live and let Live!
You have to look at the truth; Kosovo is indenpendet, Serbia is indenpendent. You shall work together to stay alive. Go a head dont go back to the past.

What Pope is saying is that;

Stay calm!!!

If the Vatican wanted peace in the Balkans they wouldn't have intervened as they did in the past.

And for the record the Vatican has not recognized Kosovo.
