Slovenia is also very generous to the Roma, “helping” them when their presence in the villages “engenders intolerance”.

May there be hundreds of mosques in Slovenia and Croatia one day. Then they will learn what a multi-ethnic country is.

They think this mosque will attract "terroists"? If a Serbian official said this........

At any rate, mosques are not necessary in slovenia. Slovenia is a christian country and these buildings are a sing of islamic invasion. I mean, if the muslims move there then why should that place adjust to their desires? They should adjust to the place.

"Minarets, would undermine the city’s cultural identity." Even though I agree with this statement, this is after all Slovenia, not the Middle-East, these Slovenian hypocrites can now swallow their own garbage, after trying so hard to impose Albanian recognition on Southern Serbs. What's good for the goose, ....................

The serbs should have invested more money in buying off american and european politicans rather than spending it on tanks and rifles. Look at the albanians in Kosovo who sacrificed some of its people for propaganda purpuses and paid half of congress in the US and the world fell for their propaganda stunt. The croats did the same. However, this is the way the world is. The good guys always finish last.

The prime minister says it's okay to build a mosque in Slovenia's capital, as long as it doesn't look like a mosque, because that would provoke intolerance. In other words, he is saying: we must not do anything that might upset racists and bigots. It is really touching that he is so concerned about protecting the feelings of his country's least enlightened citizens.

At least in Belgrade there is a mosque. Just one, not very large old mosque in a city which according to the latest census has more than 20,000 citizens of the Islamic faith. But still, at least we have one.

And a new mosque has recently been opened in Subotica

It is the first mosque to be built in Vojvodina in 300 years.

And -- unlike the "enlightened" Slovenes -- the authorities in Subotica did not insist that the design for the new mosque should first be approved by Obraz.

The new Subotica mosque has a minaret. Which shows that today's Serbia is a more modern, European and forward-looking country than the Former Yugoslav Republic of Slovenia.

For 30 years they want to build a mosque and the Slovenian authorities have not allowed it. More double standards. Isn't it amazing how intolerant societies like Slovenia, Croatia, and present day Kosovo, are considered by the US and their minions to be the 'good guys', while Serbia - who is the most multi-ethnic and most tolerant society in the Balkans - are considered the 'bad guys'.
It is truly amazing how the truth can be so twisted by these well paid PR firms, and the aggressors turned into victims and vice versa. The main victim of all these wars has been truth. We Serbs have to fix that.
