Šešelj to waive defense?

Indicted Serb Radical Party (SRS) leader Vojislav Šešelj said yesterday that he would not be presenting a defense once the prosecution rested its case.

too bad that the Hauge are so stuck on minor technicalities... they certainly didn't seem to care much for slightly larger ones, such as the illegal bombing of a soverign country by its military arm.
this man, for all of the good and bad he has done is not getting a proper fair hearing, and will certainly die in prison, sentanced of not (slobo style heart attack)...
