Don't touch Russia and Ukraine ! We are ONE PEOPLE and after Yush. leaves Ukraine forever everything will be OK.

He is an out of mind trying to poison our relation but 58% of Ukrainians consider Russia as the most friendly country + 28% of them voted for Belorussia i.e. 86% Ukrainians voted for Russia.

Putin and Yush. sencerely hate each other. One of them devoted himself for the Great Russia while the other for the Great America.

This dispute is purely commercial. It is about the price that Ukraine must pay for its gas supplies from Russia.
One should remember that Ukraine had nearly ten years to make the transition to world market prices. That period is now over and they should behave as all other commercial customers.
At the political level Ukraine has behaved as one of the worst enemies of Russia and Yushenko took every opportunity to smear and attack them, especially on the crisis in Georgia.
Bearing this in mind why should Russia subidise a country that is openly hostile to them.
With 35% of the Ukrainian population being ethnic Russians and with more than half speaking Russian as their first language it won't be too long that the Ukrainians will become friendly to the Russians again.Yushenko's days are counted.

Luigi, I doubt that. Russia wants to be paid. Makes sense. If I don't pay my bills, services will be disconnected. Countries that have interest in anoyig Russia are putting Ukraine up to it. This is all well familiar story and those countries do not care who geta hurt as long as Russia looks bad. Dirty politecs.
