Why isn't there any trouble in the enclaves? If Albanians were keen on making trouble, surely the enclaves are easier picking.

Why not the enclaves? Well, people in the enclaves are already living in fear (barbed wire etc) so there is no need to terrorize any further. They are already under control. Now you have to make the same conditions in the North. One problem though, you are the minority there and it's proving tough so you have to create an illusion of unruly Serbs.

Some of the Serb leaders in Kosova, such as Rada Trajkovic, are now calling on Tadic to lean on the Mitrovica Serbs not to cause trouble. Other Serb commentators, like Janic, quoted in these pages have done the same. The world knows what is going on. This is an old strategy to cause trouble and create the impresson that Kosova is a troublesome place. With more than 50 new recognitions due in the coming weeks, it looks like Belgrade's Action plan is in overdrive.

EULEX is dead. What comes next?

Albanians not trusting Serbs? Now that's rich. If they want peace with Serbs why do they start the trouble in the first place?
What they want is a free hand at terrorizing the remaining Serbs in order to drive them out. That's obvious.
