As Kosovo is not a country how can it be a 'dialogue between countries'.

OK, I am sitting here in the West, in rich, successful, peaceful Holland. So OK, maybe it is a bit 'easy' for me to say the follwing, but...

Can you all stop this Balkan nonsense in 2009?
We in the West are getting sick of it!
