The reason war criminals of albanian nationality are not turned over to the Hague is becase witnesses to the crimes suddenly disappear in the "free and democratic" banana republic of Kosovo, as the case agains Limaj & Haradinaj.

And I guess the 2500 serbs that are missing from the war just went up in smoke! It might take time but Serbia will arrest those albanians that have committed war crimes agains serbs and other nationalities. Why is KLA labeled a terrorist organization, even by the US, if they are innocent?

There is NO evidence to back any claim against ex-KLA freedom fighters.

Serbia's 'evidence' against Limaj & Haradinaj proved to be nothing more than a FARCE.

How exactly is serbia inciting war by arresting criminals?
It certainly is the other way around.
By having bombs and automatic weapons at home, these criminals were prpared to incite war against Serbia. It's obvious.

I don't think that there is a chance that international community will see anything wrong with these arrests.

For you who want PROOF, just answer one question. What were these guys doing with all this arsenal at home?
Were they going hunting rabbits perhaps?

To make a request they HAVE to show some evidences.

And somehow Serbia is bit jealous in showing these evidences. On other hand it was very happy and "professional" in "letting to pas through" some details of the atrocities.

The show this time must stop.

Hand the case to the international institiutions.

Or it will be just another case of serbia's "justice" on kosovars. The Serbian jails were full of Albanian separatists and iredentisit for decades this is just a continuation.

Most probably there have been sporadic vilation of the war rules by some memebrs of KLA but you have to proove them. And no one should hide them. The mutual trust begins with the state of all.
