Roberto, I suggest you put these questions to Mr Silajdzic and then tell him to get out of town if answers are not positive.

You see, he is the one making all the trouble in Bosnia.

Mr. Dodik -- do the world a big favor and re-sign! then get outta town. enough said, more would just encourage him.

However i am much more concerned about what the intl community, visa vis the OHR, is doing and is Not doing -- mainly the latter. you have a big job to do, fighting corruption (yes, ubiquitous) promoting democracy, building back a nation after the hell of that war. so -- here is the question: what exactly are you doing, and why/why not? where is your vision? can you show progress? is there more bosnian integration now, than say, 4 years ago? more progress towards the eu? less demogoguery? less inter-ethnic tension? more truth and reconciliation? i could go on and on.

if the answers to these questions are not very positive, as i suspect, then you also need to step aside and let a real diplomat take over, like mr. gregorian. otherwise you are just collecting a paycheck...
