"IF IT'S TRUE what the state is saying, those arrested are terrorists, and there is NO MERCY THERE, whether it's about Serbs or Albanians, and there is no country that would arrest [them] gently," Nicolic said. "

what Nikolic said is very normal thing. This can work in US or Italy or anywhere else in the world.

If those who are arrested was innocent, then the government appologise and pay for that. The arrested people has full right to defend themselves in the court, so if they are innocent, then they just prove they are.

This happens everywhere in the world. Their ethnicity does not matter.

Albanians should imediately start the armed resistence to protects themselves. Kosovas should respond with the same manner arresting Serbs that commited crimes in Kosova.

What about if what state is saying are untrue should there be any mercy for the state?

"What if", "what if". We were not arrested, so we can wait and see, how it develops. It is not that hard to see if such serious charges are bogus or not.

If they are bogus = the state has discredited itself horribly. Under normal circumstances the heads in the government should roll than. Maybe the entire government.

If they are not = you will need to find a very good excuse to comment positively about these criminals.

The haradinaj-case was unique because most witnesses were silenced. This is what no one can deny. Hope here won't be the case, but it won't be as (in)famous as the one of haradinaj.
