Rocen, you actually read the speech verbatim, according to your masters wishes. Perhaps a visit to Tirana and Pristina would serve your masters and international interests better.

How exactly choosing a new ambassador will any difference to the relations. It wasn't up to the old ambassador to recognize or not recognize Kosovo.

What exactly has Montenegro done differently now for the relation to improve apart from establishing relations with Kosovo? This was a negative step, not positive, so what has changed for the better?

Until Milo goes, there cannot be good relations.

stay away please!

This statement from Rocen is purely intended for internal political purposes. Neither relations with Serbia improve neither honestly Serbs want to improve relation. Montenegro obviously took the liberty to carve Serbian sovereignty and that will not be forgotten in Serbia. Rocen should be better off dealing with his Albanian buddies.

'Roćen also said that Montenegro will establish "diplomatic relations with Kosovo soon”.'

Rocen, how can you look yourself in the mirror?? Have you no pride? You and Milo will live in infamy in Montenegrin history. Pathetic, truly, truly, pathetic.
Sramota bre!!!
