Russian Pres. Dmitry Medvedev will meet with U.S. president-elect Barack Obama shortly after Obama's inauguration in Washington on Jan 20, says the Russian FM.

I really hope that the Russians are not so naive as to expect real change in the US administration because of Obama. Anyone who thinks there will be a change in US policy because a new face is representing it is a fool of the highest caliber. Presidents don't have control the because there are no more countries, only corporations. This is a very bitter pill for most people to swallow and by far the super vast majority of the world is in denial of this fact

"We want to cooperate with them where we can, and there are a whole host of areas particularly around nonproliferation of weapons and terrorism where we can cooperate, but we also have to send a clear message that they have to act in ways that are not bullying their neighbors," Obama went on. "
Who is the US to accuse others of bullying their neighbors??? The US has been bullying Cuba for decades ..... classic case of the pot calling the kettle black!
