Great news. Wish, Serbia and BiH would consider easing their very restrictive visa regime. Unlike Mainland Chinese who suffered great damage since 1945 and their psychology is only now improving, the Taiwanese tourists, businessmen and immigrants not just do not pose any treat to host countries, but actually bring improvement.

While (politically) a visa-free regime between any country and Taiwan would be unwise, Serbia and BiH could make some special arrangements, like "visa-on-the-spot-on-the-border-for-$20" .

Theoretically, it can be applied to Mainland Chinese as well, only they would need a proof of funds or an approved invitation letter. The living standard in Taiwan is much higher than in any Central or East European country and the culture is very non-violent + business-like.
