Recent "accidents" with german citizens in Kosovo have shown the interaction of organized crime with the political leadership in Kosovo. Something the german service had warned time ago. Even if there will be no definitive common position on Kosovo status all German parties and the German government are aware, they do need to give more value to Serbia's positions for more stability in the region.
