sorry Brian, but Serbia has signed the SAA under these conditions. your conclusion is wrong, when adresses only one side of this agreement. it is not the Netherlands, by the way, which has to solve a matter like Mladic.

I am totally sick of this Dutch guy not knowing the definition of cooperation. Everyone else in the entire EU knows that cooperation is not total completion. The Dutch just think that Serbia cannot be trusted to keep looking for Mladic if the SAA is unfrozen not seeming to realise that you get SAA and never become a member of the EU so there is no reason for this pro-EU government to go back on its word.
