I think it's time for Serbia to think seriously how to compensate war damages done in Kosova and to give back the stolen found of pensions & others.

Double Wage ‘annulment’ and instead only 50% of the base salary was indeed expected in Kosovo, as it is very much related to the “hidden accord” between Brussels and Official Serbia just before they have reached an agreement on the Six-point plan.

The North collected money through Customs point 1 and 31 will be distributed to stand-in for so Serbia’s investment for double wages, which in fact was Kostunica’s idea to magnetize Kosovo Serbs and attract them to vote for either him or Radicals…. and undeniably use that card for political assets.

Now it is EULEX’s turn to put in practice the integration Serb population within overall process by way of bringing Serbs under salary and legislative system, in accordance (for Serbs 6-point plan) for the rest of Kosovars (Ahtisaari and K-Constitution) ….

Confucius! I agree with your suggestions at some extent. Public spending should be on infrastructure and education. I would use part of this funds rather to educate the Serbian people to come back to the reality and accept that Kosovo is not part of Serbia anymore. If independent or not. Serbia should review its history and accept the mistakes made in the past. For the sake of a normal civilized Serbia

"The doubled wages mostly go to 5,600 education and 4,600 health workers. About 2,900 local administration workers also receive the same benefits".

The above numbers it sounds like New York City , which has 8 milion residents. I cannot understand 5600 teachers for handful of students, etc...

I remember others talking about the fall of America because it's going bankrupt and Russia and Bric rising in power.

Keep dreaming, only Serbia is going bankrupt.

I also heard NIS is being sold (to Russia) for pennies. I have 50 cents (EUR), I would like to participate in the auction.

Wow!? Can someone please explain to me what these money are going for? So much waste of money. And for what? To keep people away from integrating in my opinion. Spend the money on schools, health care and infrastructure instead. Or why not try to invest in changing the opinion of the Albanian population in Kosovo concerning the declaration of independence?
