With more than 200,000 fleeing the province and ethnically motivated violence against them after 1999, the remaining Serbs live in the northern part of Kosovo, and in isolation in the scattered enclaves.

B92 you're still calling Kosova a province? Hmmmm.

I'm sure that Prishtina goverment would take care of K-Serbs better then Serbia but it's up to them to decide where to go. Freedom is Freedom.

How tragic. I hope they get something. What use is it saying that Kosovo is a part of Serbia if Serbs have no incentive to remain in Kosovo.

Its a contradictory policy.

You're finally seeing what the rest of us have seen for a long time now. Tadic has sold Kosovo.

Don't pay attention to what he and his people say. Have a look at what has been done so far.
EULEX is the end result of his treachery.
When the elderly couple was found dead and their death dismissed as natural causes, Tadic did nothing. Maybe two elderly people don't matter but it's what they represented and Tadic turned his back on this and many more deaths.

By not changing his policies and still allowing EULEX before they prove impartiality he has shown us he doesn't care and Kosovo under his watch is gone.

I agree that something has to be done, but is Tadic going to change anything?
It's time you and the rest of his supporters woke up.

I am sorry for these Serb families. Victim of bad policies of Serb Governments, starting from Milosevic to current one! They never really carred for Serb ordinary citizens- we have seen that in Croatia, BiH, and then Kosovo. Shame.

These families should go and ask for support where they live, ask Kosovo institutions for support. We are spending tens of millions for Serbs to return, these families should be able to benifit as well. never hate your komsije- hate is bad for your own good ;)

Sadly Serbia treated Kosova as a colony for 100 years and only now it's getting some investments. Before, Serbs, 10% of the population got 90% of state jobs now it's obviously different. I hope it's solved soon, it would be sad if we lose the multi-ethnic character and everything.

Oh, they are asking the wrong people for help, Serbia has zero say in this.

Dear Serbs, why don't you ask President Tadic why he's preventing the spending of money earmarked for Kosovo serbs...Why don't you ask him why he's doing this bastard deed against the majority of K/Serbs who don't support his politics...

Wrong door mates. They have stolen the pensions of all kosovars.
I would suggest to get back in Kosova and ask help from the institutions of Rep. of Kosova.

My dear Serbs do not waste your time. Belgrade has hand balled Kosovo over to those that have wanted whilst they "focus" on geting into the EU and allowing the continuing usurping of Serbia
