From what I can see, the LDP simply questions the Russian reluctance signing the deal. So what is the problem to ask what is stopping the Russians to sign the agreement they made already orally? NIS was sold to Gazprom for a ridicilous price. The supporter of this agreement always said that it is in the interest of Serbia. But Russia doesn't sign the decisive part of the deal. In the contrary, they wait and leave everybody in the darkness.

So the just question is what is their problem? Sign it or confess that there was never a real intention to set up Southstream through Serbia at all.

Hmmm...so it's the same party that wants to recognize the fake/illegal/immoral 'state' of Kosovo, the LDP, that does not want this deal with Russia signed. Surprise? I think not. Everything this party does is for the detriment of Serbia.
Perhaps Tadic will now have a few drinks with his buddy Ceda Jovanovic, to go over their latest instructions from Washington and Brussels on how to ruin the Russian deal, and keep Serbia down.
