Surely targeting the family members must be against some law.

You can't go on intimidating family members indefinitely. It's time Tadic was removed. When are people of Serbia going to wake up and stop being their own enemies? he will only sell you out in the end. He is willing to harass the whole country in order to keep his job.

Only fools would vote for this man again.

I suppose they are just waiting to find him dead in his cell and to keep him out of Serbian politics for as long as possible.

Zk, Vojislav Seselj is in the Hague because he would have defeated DOS. He may be a horrible racist, but he certainly did not invent hate amongst Balkan ethnic groups and this is abundantly clear to any reasonable person. The fact that he surrendered voluntarily in February 2003 and his trial did not begin until November 2007 speaks to a gross violation of natural justice. The Hague's recent restrictions of his political work were without any meaningful precident or virtue. As you said, he is in the Hague to be kept from politics.

Hopefully now that his party is in tatters they will let the man go home after four wasted years of detention.

Serb Radical Party (SRS) MPs accused the authorities of state terrorism and said that the "Serbian regime" was continuing to harass the family of a "Serb hero" in order to pander to the Hague Tribunal and EU.

I think they have a point. I wouldn't like to be a member of the Mladić family right now.

Also, I wonder why Šešelj's trial is taking so long? Albanian criminals on much stronger charges have been tried and set free much quicker than this man. I suppose they are just waiting to find him dead in his cell and to keep him out of Serbian politics for as long as possible.
