I guess if BND boys are innocent than Germany shouldn't have pressured (more correctly BLACKMAILED) Prishitna for their release.
(ben, 30 November 2008 17:50)

1) I tend to disagree with Ben more often than not. This time I agree. If I am a visitor or "international" and face international judges for that kind of offense, I sleep like a baby. Won't even hire a lawyer probably. The opposite is also true, if a team of judges of the international community in Pristina is activated, the crime is probably more serious than going 60 mph in 60 km/h zone.

2) Thaci is who he is, but this time it's irrelevant. If I (as an employee of BND) keep some ugly facts about him written in a notebook, I am an idiot. It should be done electronically, with proper encryption and using obscure enough operating system. And every time I am near internet, all facts should be sent - encrypted - back to the office. Documents should be scanned. Scanner is a cheap commodity in Kosovo. I assume, BND agents have some spare Euros to buy a scanner. Not following this kind of procedure and being a BND agent I should be fired from my job. The notebook story is probably bogus. Keep in mind, BND is said to be more efficient than their colleagues in KGB/FSB or CIA.

-----------------

I guess we have only one question- WHY???
(ben, 30 November 2008 17:50)

not likely it will be answered. No friggin idea here. Maybe to make more tensions in the area and play the old "divide-and-conquer" game. I am also pretty sure, the "KLA#2" terror organization which did beat its' chest to be involved is 100% bogus. Maybe people of ex-YU should look what/who is behind the ethnic tensions and if there are some responsible from abroad (as well) - kick them in the rear.

-----------------

P.S my compliments to the Kosova's securiy agencies- excellent job.
(ben, 30 November 2008 17:50)

Oh, yes, enjoying to see BND being spanked.

Stop the bombing as albanez says well arrest the investigators and allow the real criminals to get away that is the real story. So when a high level minister called PM Thaci and said if you don't release our people we will cut your aid and shazam the next day those guys were gone. What a bunch of fools. Hold people hostage to just flex your muscles. First it is Germany next it will be the US then england Kosovo is a place where EULEX will work if it is allowed. Then no more smuggling, no more trafficking no more illegal activiity. It was the mafia is trying to prevent EULEX not Serbia, it is the albanians themselves and even Germany has stated this

It's getting better and better. Kosovo independence comedy is heating up. To repeat again: We've seen the most indepjedence Kosovo can get -and it lasted mostly on this blog - almost six months - and then comes six-point plan, and everything died down. More truth is on the way - please stay on this channel and just evaluate comments of some frustrated alb posters on this site against reality in the field and have fun and enjoy.

Only negotiations(but with new Kosovo reps) can cut fair deal for both - honest people on both sides deserve it.
Peace and prosperity to all.

@Dave from the UK:

Yes, I think they really beleive that the west sees them as "partners"...

and what´s best here: no Albanian is even thinking of the fact that those german "tourists" were released on order by various INTERNATIONAL judges!

being a sovereign STATE is something completely different.

The Swiss

Well, why getting so nervous, if I remember well they even were on the US list of terrorits! So no wonder that Germans are investigating abt them and I hope that Switzerland will also have the guts to do so, there is without any doubts a lot to find out about his past criminal activities!

Why are you all suprised with Germany? I have stated before we in the west do things for our political gains only, yesterday Kosovo was in favour, tomorrow it may not. Do you really think the west wants former KLA terrorists running Kosovo?

true story

first they were not bnd agent-in fact they are,
2)they are bnd agent without autorisation,so they are spying
3) they is a video film showing them in action.
4)germany is angry,ok,and is blackmailing Kosovo now ?
5) bUt the most important question is why were they at this place, throwing a bomb if it was only a question of comprometting Thaci and Co?

No,I think some people in BND have to be removed for such scandal, not in Prishtina...

It looks like the Kosovo albanian leadership is rapidly burning up any remaining sympathy from its biggest supporters.

They have had more than enough opportunities to be constructive, but have instead refused to cooperate and sulk whilst the balance of power/influence has been shifting away from beneath their feet.

Sooner of later the udder of the German (and other allied) milch kow(s) will run dry. Who will Thaci/Ceku and co. blame then?

Lenard

Here I thought the Germans are suppose to bring peace and the rule of law. Also support Kosovo because it was a good idea no mater what. Like I always say the EU and its big members Germany and the rest of the gang are the worst kind of Democracies = they should be known and called the worlds Hypocrisies. They have shed more innocent blood and have on their hands that they make SATAN look like a quire boy.

"German intelligence agency (BND) agents in Priština was to confiscate a notebook containing information about the contacts between "the ruling apparatus" and mafia."

This summarizes it all: the circle around Tachi is tidening, the criminal evidences against him coming to surface, and finally showing that he will jeopardize his 'country' to protect himself.

And while K-Albanians criticize Tadic and Jeremic; this is YOUR leader.

There will be justice for all.

I guess if BND boys are innocent than Germany shouldn't have pressured (more correctly BLACKMAILED) Prishitna for their release.

Let them go in the trail and defend themselves.

Why so scared from a process- it looks like they have adopted the Berlusconi's approach to the justice- that Germans love to tease Italians about.

More than I hear news abut this case more I am convinced that these 3 agents were doing something of which their country is ashamed- or it didn't want to be revealed...

I guess we have only one question- WHY???

P.S my compliments to the Kosova's securiy agencies- excellent job.

Kick the Germans out of Kosovo.

They were the principle trouble makers in the break-up of the Former Yugoslavia and continue to instigate problems today in Kosovo.
