I guess if BND boys are innocent than Germany shouldn't have pressured (more correctly BLACKMAILED) Prishitna for their release.

1) I tend to disagree with Ben more often than not. This time I agree. If I am a visitor or "international" and face international judges for that kind of offense, I sleep like a baby. Won't even hire a lawyer probably. The opposite is also true, if a team of judges of the international community in Pristina is activated, the crime is probably more serious than going 60 mph in 60 km/h zone.
2) Thaci is who he is, but this time it's irrelevant. If I (as an employee of BND) keep some ugly facts about him written in a notebook, I am an idiot. It should be done electronically, with proper encryption and using obscure enough operating system. And every time I am near internet, all facts should be sent - encrypted - back to the office. Documents should be scanned. Scanner is a cheap commodity in Kosovo. I assume, BND agents have some spare Euros to buy a scanner. Not following this kind of procedure and being a BND agent I should be fired from my job. The notebook story is probably bogus. Keep in mind, BND is said to be more efficient than their colleagues in KGB/FSB or CIA.

I guess we have only one question- WHY???
(ben, 30 November 2008 17:50)
not likely it will be answered. No friggin idea here. Maybe to make more tensions in the area and play the old "divide-and-conquer" game. I am also pretty sure, the "KLA#2" terror organization which did beat its' chest to be involved is 100% bogus. Maybe people of ex-YU should look what/who is behind the ethnic tensions and if there are some responsible from abroad (as well) - kick them in the rear.

P.S my compliments to the Kosova's securiy agencies- excellent job.

Oh, yes, enjoying to see BND being spanked.
