Montenegro’s Prime Minister Milo Đukanović has said that Europe should have capitalised on the chance to arrest him in 2005, when Italy was demanding his arrest for organised crime. Instead, Mr Rehn and Solana wanted him to be PM because they thought they can control him...they do, but only so far...well the EU got its independent state and a loose cannon PM/criminal...then agin most MEPs are corrupted

Well, well mr Milo "The Godfather" Đukanović. I guess stabing Serbia in the back was all for nothing. Now we know why you were so eager to recognize Kosovo.
