Germans arrested in Kosovo confirmed as secret service

I don't believe that this so called Army of the Republic of Kosovo had any role in the bombing. I am certain that it was the three German operatives, but now the Albanians of Kosovo are retracting because it is payback time to Germany.

even if these german sercret agents did throw the bomb, they wont be prosecuted due to the diplomatic scandal it would cause and the pressure from Germany.

What were they doing in Kosovo in the first place? They obviosoly didnt come to Kosovo to investigate this attack, since they were there before the attack....

Its an interesting story.

Everyone in Kosovo knows that the Germans stood behind the terrotist attack against EU in Kosovo. But because we are weak and cannot damage our relationship to Europe’ss most powerful country, we have to accept to be overridden. I am happy that the Kosovo justice did not accept to release these terrorists but instead transferred the case to and international judge from Western Europe that uses “Western justice standards” to release people who are guilty of throwing bomb against the EU. I can only see one difference between what happened in Mumbai and Kosovo, no people were hurt in Kosovo.

I'm suprised albanians on here havent start there automatic excuse for there actions. The Milosevic Propaganda, the mans been dead for what 2 nearly 3 years... and not been in power since 2000. But yet Albanians still blame him when it comes there descrimination and attacks on serbs and other minoritys. Especialy when it comes to there actions been reported in west end of the day theres no smoke with out fire???

And can i ask this why should serbs in kosovo live with a race of people that have been trying to wipe them out in the last 100 years

P.S. Look up SS Skanderbeg and the actions they did to non albanians, especially in kosovo

Wasn't here an article in B92 which quoted the German government as adamantly denying that they were secret service? If so, it is just embarrasing for the German Governemnt to now say that they are indeed secret service, but had nothing to do with the bombing. Which 'may' be true, but still...to deny they work for you, then to say they do but are innocent, isn't exactly instilling confidence in their innocence.

They could well have been stationed in Kosovo permanently. Currently BND is the best intelligence service in Kosovo.

As you probably know their reports have been leaked before and they are highly critical of what they see as UNMIK's 'collusion' with Kosovo Albanian politicians.
Their report layed the foundation for Shook's removal for example.

Probably BND's reports on Kosovo are partly responsible for Germany not being as enthusiastic supporter of Kosovo independence as they were, say 4 or 5 years ago.

This is an ideal opportunity for Kosovo Albanian justice to make a principled stand and uphold the law as they so often like to brag that they are doing. The three Germans should go to trail for terrorism!

But of course we all know that the Albanians don't run Kosovo and they are in charge of nothing! It is their masters, the rest of the EU and US that are in charge, and will decide what is in the best interest of the US and EU, even if it means the complete disregard of the law.

Well i guess Pristina and the KPC or should i say the Key Stone Cops jump the gun and arrested the wrong people. Oh sorry Germany we were stupid we just arrest anyone because remember we are free.

I seem to recall that the Albanians were denying it was them who did this but it had to be Serbian propaganda or Serbian work.

Now we have ARK (KLA MK2?)taking responsibility.
Now the blame has shifted from propaganda or Milosevic's work to Germans, even after we have this admission from ARK.

Who knows, and who cares. As long as no Serbs were targeted for a change, let them all destroy each other.

In this case a video_yes have "independent eyes" over kosovo too_ shows these guys at the place throwing the bomb in a very profesional manner as their collegues told us(and with no intention of of killing people,because they wait until the last moment to throw the bomb)
our judges have solved the case in a very albanian manner:they let the case to the international judges in kosovo,and by so doing they tell them "be responsible of your your nasty work and let's see how you will judge the case!! not every international in kosovo has friendly intention is the conclusion and have your eyes wide open in front of every international now is the message to our people.

We do not need them jailed in kosova,as a matter of fact fact!
