Parliament deadlocked after airport scandal

Despite the government’s pledge to reassess the salaries in the public companies, opposition MPs are not happy.

But seriously scandals like this one have been going on in Serbia for years. I don't know why all the politicians are acting so shocked and outraged, as if this is something new.

I think that its time to turn the screws, if these people can't behave and debate normally their place is not in parliament.

Oh and if MP's want to talk about other people's impropriety lets start with them first. Make the thieves who take thousands of euros in expenses, show receipts for hotels, for petrol. And make it obligatory that the MP must clock in to parliament in order to qualify for those expenses.

The day's of coming up to Belgrade from Vranje on a shopping trip (including hotel stay and travel expenses) are over. I don't get paid for doing nothing.
