one must wonder, why Serbia signed the SAA first, but realises only some months later the conditions of what she has signed.

on the other hand one must wonder, why the Portugal's FM does not read the reports of the EC.

in both cases we might assume 'political illiteracy on highest level' ... but I guess, it was the PR office of Mr. Bonusmiles Jeremic again which gave the information to the media. or was there a press conference with both respresentatives, in which all these statements were made in the public.
