This token-gesturism is a humiliation for Serbia. Why bother?
It is all a game. There is no expectation of Serbia retaking any part of Kosovo - it's just politics.
The west can carry-on telling everyone what to do because - at the end of the day - everyone will do it.
Personally however, I do not plan to go to Montenegro on holiday again!
