This is also 100% correct. But Albanez was talking about the government. And it's exactly Russia, where government does NOT equal people. See 1999.

Veto at UN SC is independent, what the Serbian government does. That is merely a "war by proxy" which is going on. The lion share of the blame is on the neo-con agenda, but the Russian governments could do it better, too.

Absolutely correct. And it's regardless of what deal is made. The best is to remember: there are no friendships between the states, only between the people. Here the support of Serbia is not even a question. And as for the government: these thieves do not support even own people, what can Serbia expect?
As a partner, Greece or Slovakia is more reliable and is closer, too.
