" The biggest problem at this point is that we have no guarantee that they will build the South Stream after they buy NIS. And that is the reason why nothing will be signed in Moscow tomorrow,"

This NIS deal smells worse every day it is delayed. Serbia obtains more and more of Ukrainian traditions. Also some folks withing the Serbian ruling elite are step by step poisoning our relations. In any case the North Stream will be built independently of what they think or do. They have already missed a chance to enter the open Russian door. And I bet that after several years they will still be knocking at the closed European one. That's why Russia is loaning Iceland but not Serbia. So what's gonna happen next if the deal is not signed ? Does Serbia have another reliable ally ad hoc ?

I am still shocked that Serbs could return to the PORA ideology once again ! Hope that at least you know what you are doing.
