EA is right (comment #3), no mission will be in Kosovo without the consent of the Kosovo's people. There is no way for EULEX to be deployed unless the Serbs agree.

Twenty years ago Belgrade seemed leke a gateway to the fest for Sofia. Now it appears, is the other way arround. Belgrade talk to the West via SOfia. History in the region has seen many twists and turns, but this is one of the most spectacular ones. The 6-1 win of the Serbian national team last night did not hide the fact that Bulgaria has overtaken Serbia in the real match of history.

Tadic now: "This agreement is not directed against any of the sides; rather, it preserves the integrity and rights of all who participate in this frozen conflict. Serbia wants to find a solution that will be sustainable in the next period and that will protect the interests of all interested parties,"

Tadic two days ago: “This kind of agreement is in Serbia’s interests and I didn’t expect it to suit Priština. However, I expect international officials have enough instruments to convince Priština to accept this solution,“

What happened Tadic, USA wiped that smirk out of you? Greece will not recognize us, so thank you! Each time you do something, EU unites.

Simple Mind (#1) wrote "which will soon be necessary in Vojvodina, Sandak and Presevo Valley (South Serbia)". The reality on the ground in Kosovo (as it is a popular phrase these days): the reality is that most people are completely out of touch with reality (but what would you expect when living in a fake state). Investing in some good basic education for all would be a good step forward, but them why would you need that if there are no descent jobs that you can actually use this education for.

It seems to me that Serbia is talking to itself and to those leader whom have recognised Kosova as an independent state.
No mission will be in Kosova without the consent of the Kosova's people.

I’m positively surprised to see how forward-thinking Serbia’s Authorities are. They have made an agreement in advance with UN for EU Mission deployments, which will soon be necessary in Vojvodina, Sandak and Presevo Valley (South Serbia), and are naming it EULEX. But there is a small here. The term EULEX is copyright protected for the agreement made between EU and Kosova(o)’s Authorities for deployment of the EU mission in Kosova(o) in accordance with Atthisari Status Plan and Kosova(o)’s constitution. Sorry guys but you have to use another name, say EULEX 2, for your agreement with UN.
