Srbijagas reneging on gas bill deal?

Despite government promises that 40 percent of gas charges could be paid in installments, customers have received gas bills which have to be paid immediately.

If you really want to do some investigating or real reporting, try looking into the bills normal citizens recieve in Serbia for their electrical consumption. To my observation electrical distributuion companies have a tendency to not write down the households monhtly consumption on their bills! With this many have been over charged to the extreme. Also these same criminals also have a tendency to send their compitent (as if) employees to read meters several days after the assigned date, in so doing they always manage to force a large number of users into the red zone. This will be the 16th time that I recieved a eletrical bill without a number. Going personally to the eletrical distribution company (6 times now) and forcing them to write down my meter record didnt work. I have calculated that I have payed the eletrical company some 48,000 more than I would have if they did their job the way its supposed to be. Why am I paying for their incompitence?
