Gentlemen!! Please get to your senses. a separate agreement between pristina and brussels without the 6 point plan will not result on the deployment of EULEX.
Face the fact that without UNSC and Belgrade approvals. EULEX is ILLEGAL!!!
If you are old enough, you will remember the words of Mr. T, "This is all jibber jabber". DC's rep appearance in Kosovo today was a feel-good gesture for the Albanians - to say "We are still with you", but, do not be fooled. The US is trying hard to hand over "Kosovo" to the EU. They do not need them, or the Western Balkans anymore, for what? In the days to come, Kosovo will be divided along ethnic lines, it is the easiest, and least confrontational solution for the two parties invovled, Serbia and the ethnic Albanians of Kosovo. The US, and the EU for that matter, does not have the resources, or energy, to be too actively involved in that part of the Balkans at this time. It's a "Let's put this on hold for the time being, and we'll get back to you guys later", situation. They just want to maintain stability, period. This can only serve the interests of the Serbs at this point. I have a feeling that the Albanians in Kosovo may become like other US backed factions of recent history, all gung-ho to start with, but abandoned when they become of little benefit. Am I wrong?
