Diplomats from the leading western countries and Kosovo Albanian leaders have failed to reach an agreement over UNMIK reconfiguration and EULEX deployment.
The albanians began the changing of borders by declaring independence and now at their convinience they want no more border change. Well, it's not up to you to stop. You have put the wheel in motion and nobody knows when it will stop.
This action to deploy EULEX throughout Kosova is yet another slap in the face Tadic, Jeremic and Serbia. It just goes to show that the West has no qaulms about insulting the honor of the Serbs! Well then, not only does "Might Make Right", but if I may coin a phrase:
"Right Makes Might".
My advice to the Serbs is stop trying to regain Kosova, it is not in the cards as far as the international community, lead by the USA, is concerned. This futile effort on the part of the Serbs only serves to make them look weak and stupid. Use your energy more efficiently, put all your efforts into joining the EU, even if it won't happen for another ten years. But first, Serbia must turn in their hero, Mladic, to the Hague, otherwise they will be left to their own destructive devices. The Serb People deserve better.
This sounds just like the famous negotiations the EU/USA held between the Serbs and Albanians on the status of Kosovo. The Albanians got Kosovo against Serbia's will, it seems its happening again, this time the Serbians will get the North of Kosovo against the Albanians will.
Who gives the EU/USA/UN the right to decide who gets what and how much!? Its time to get rid of the whole lot of them.... The Serbs and Albanians should sit down in a secret meeting (just them!) and divide Kosovo, then get rid of everyone occupying their lands.
So it looks like we're back to where we were before the UN-Belgrade agreement. It is not perhaps the optimal option, but seeing as the new EULEX "agreement" is not acceptable to the Kosovo public and govt., and reported voices against that agreement from the Obama camp looks like it's back to square one.
UN once again looks more and more impotent. One reason I liked John Mccain even though I did not support him for the presidency, was that he wanted to abolish or totally reconfigure the non-functioning UN. The UN does not function and something needs to be done.
1. EULEX will deployee in Albanian inhabitet areas and UNMIK will stay in serb inhabitet areas.

First solution sounds more real but I think that solution will devide Kosova again so it will create implications again.
