B92 organ trade investigation continues

So much for albanians trying to defend organ snatchers when gross stories just keep on coming.

All credibility has been lost when it comes to Serbia. In the eyes of the West, Serbia lies in a pathological way. No wonder, after all their attempts to play the victim and everyone else the aggressor. If this story were true about "organ trade" then it should have come up much earlier than now. Nice try Serbs, what's next, is the sky going to fall down because of the Albanians.

Did Serbia really think that UNMIK was going to cooperate?

How can they cooperate with Serbia when they would be exposed as accessories in this.
How could this happen on their watch would be asked.
Evidence has been taken away from the site and what was left was not going to be either good enough to examine or just not going to be examined at all.

I guess they have many questions to answer now as to why they did not take samples and perform their duty well enough.

A copy of the investigation was handed out to the Serbian war prosecutor by the Albanian general prosecutor in their meeting in Tirana couple of weeks ago.

A copy of the report from the joint investigation was available to the interested parties in this case: Hague, Albanian authorities and UNMNIK.

It was the Albanian authorities that handed out a copy of this report to the Serbian war prosecutor in about two weeks ago.

Apparently your UNMNIK “sources” have the offices in Belgrade.

I just don’t understand why you Serbs have to be so mysterious always even in a clear cases- what is mysterious here???

Above all the veracity of the report should be established. As to the conclusions of the report themselves there is no smoking gun here and nothing conclusive.

The next step has to be to hold off record discussions with Del Ponte to try to identify where the story came from and potential witnesses. The aim would be to interview witnesses / get a statement and concealing their identity. It would also be smart to interview relevant Albanian actors in the case, such as the Albanian prosecutor.

Investigative journalism cannot provide us the answers, but it can force relevant actors into re-examining the case.

The aim is to find out if there is any substance. If not, as far as I'm concerned, it will not be mentioned again. On the other hand if it left like this there will always be a question mark hanging.

B92 should perform an investigation in my bathroom. I'm sure they'll conclude it is a major organ harvesting plant given the reserve antibiotic pills, bandages, and such.

Well the psychiatric clinic, will have to be scratched, or as bganon puts it "will not be mentioned again", since it was proved that no psychiatric clinic exists anywhere near Burrel. The Lie Manufacturing Team (aka the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor's Office) actually forgot to check that little fact before "informing" the public.
So we're back to the yellow submarine again, until they come up with something else.

We all live in a yellow submarine... i'm sorry, i just could not help it. i'm not making fun of what could??? be something quite horrible. and if anyone actually reads my postings, i've said from the beginning that this needs to be fully investigated, not just "swept" under the rug.

However, today was just such an orgy of S-nationalist fury (on the site), with all the attendant anti-albanian slurs. i mean you nationalists have just outdone yourselves, and b-92 carries each and every (hateful) word just like a viciously loyal press agent. but all the same, i trust this press outlet's full and total honesty and integrity (Not.)

if anyone and I mean ANYone really cares about these ghoulish matters, and i for one do, they would arrange an internationally-sponsored conference, under some truly trustworthy group (amnesty?)to look into and search for the remains of some 2000 albanians and also hundreds of serbs and god knows who else. and i can start with some specific advice if anyone is actually interested in finding these bodies. (yes, i said, "anyone.")

i just think anything else is so much clap-trap.

Yeah last week I went to this B-day party and in my friend's bathroom it was a mess with blood stains and I thought there was an organ transplant going on. Later on I was told that that was a paint poured on the floor. Maybe b92 should put this in their website as well. If you need more info let me know:)
