So if Mladic turns out to be outside of Serbia how is Serbia going to extradite him?
No extradition, no EU membership. Mladic is a Bosnian citizen so surely Bosnia has the responsibility to find him and extradite him. Why is Bosnia not pressured to do this?

Hague seems very sure that Mladic is in Serbia and so then they must know where he is. Just tell Serbia where he is and they will arrest him.

If Mladic is living in Moscow or Athens now Serbia has no chance of joining the EU. How unfair is this? He is not even a Serbian citizen, at least I don't think so. Surely we would know when he got the citizenship if he was.
