China said on Sunday it will loosen credit conditions, cut taxes and embark on a massive infrastructure spending program, Xinhua news agency reported.

this is certainly far more sensible than building up an artificial property bubble by lending huge sums to mortgagors who live on credit and cannot afford to repay.
