Mladic and his guys killed 8,300 civillians in Srebrenica, in order to "clean" de west margin of the Drina to make "Republika Srpska" possible. All with the blessings of Slobodan Milosevic, the chief architect of all of the Yugoslav Wars, from Slovenia to Kosovo.

So, NO to Serbia in EU until Mladic is arrested and sent to the Hague.

Tadic better would say: Mladic should behave like a man.

Instead of this Tadic is talking about a "mission impossible" - although Serbian reality has teached us, that all arrested ones were such a mission impossible ...

behave like a man!

I've been asking the same question for a while now. What makes them think that Mladic is in Serbia?

If they are so sure that he is there and Serbia is not willing to arrest him, then they can go there themselves and arrest him. Obviously they must know where he is if hey are 100% certain he is in Serbia.

On the other hand, why are they not punishing Bosnia for not extraditing him? He is a citizen of Bosnia not Serbia.
Was he just a tourist in Bosnia at the time of war or did he live there?

I don't believe that he should be handed over to a court so obviously anti Serb. He will not get a fair trial there. We have many examples of how much miscarriage of justice has gone on there.

Guilty are set free like Oric and the Albanians but every Serbs is either guilty or found dead there.
Why send one of your own to a place like that?

If he was going to get a fair trial then I am all for it, but since he is already guilty just like Karadzic, according to people like Holdbooke why hand him over?

If Mladic was arrested sent to the Hague for a 10 year trial. Serbia walks into the EU no questions asked, joins NATO and other distingushed groups. If it is just one man who is stopping this well if Gen Mladic reads these forums do something for the Good of the Serbs. If he did that then there is nothing esle the EU, EC, UN and any other organazation can come up with. What a Day that would be Germany has not other choice but to admit Serbia and where would that leave Kosovo and Eulex on the back burner.

Hope he is still not in the country after the Karadzic fiasco. Personally I do not believe the accusations against him especially since they are portrayed in such a black/white manner. Nor do I recognize the Kangaroo court that would try him.

Without him we would be a part of the farce which is called the "federation."
