is the illegal finish occupation-plan gonna be implemented and it only won´t be called by the name, or , is it not gonna be implemented and the K-albanians will be kept in their bad dream of being "a country" by not saying the truth to them?

Take a guess Jovan, what will Russia (your only partner) do if EU says 'we're status neutral' and gives the liberation plan a different name?
