Mister "Bonus-(Flight)miles" Jeremic obviously forgot the meaning of the the date February 17th, 2008 ... and sorry, but nobody is living in year 1999 anymore ... welcome in year 2008, dear Serbian representatives.

EULEX can be deployed without any negotions of anyone, as it is fully backed by resolution 1244 already.

EULEX doesn't like to be under an UN-umbrella, that's why the US was asked to participate. How could this mission be neutral, if the greater part of it has embassies in Pristina?

The main part of these countries has the opinion that stability in this Balkan-region only can be achieved by Kosovo's independence, whatever Serbia's stance is or even the ICJ. It is up to Serbia to make a choise: EU-membership or Kosovo. Until now the government gives the impression to stay with the last. I hope that they will deliberate the consequences very well!! It means isolation, no open borders in the future, no visas, no free travel to most of the countries, no investments from these countries, Dinar-inflation etc. I think that there is a lot of overestimating of Serbia's position in the world. Let it be!!

It is funny how nothing changes from Milosevic time Jeremic is nothing but little disarmed Milosevic otherwise he would play the same game as his big brother. The only reaosn why he goes to UN is because it is dysfunctianl structure that it would allow not only 7000 in Serbernica but a million to be killed. Please make sure you understand that you are not doing any harm to Albanians or Kosovo that has clear vision and path but you are furhter demaging the image of Serbs.
THink of the fact that the tone justifys the fact that no ne wanted to continue to live with serbia and its leaders who thinkof themsleves as the world is centered in Belgrade. Wake up be real stop using ur life hating peole who do not care that you exist.

hope is not enough, and obedience towards foreign occupiers won´t help you either, you ( the terrorist-supporters ) will lose.
it will take some time, but in the end it´s inevitable.

Mr Jeremic is certainly a good diplomat and speaker. What he says does make a lot of sense.

While I agree with Peggy that it is worrying to negotiate on EULEX with the same people who have openly tried to ignore Res 1244, to shift the emphasis from the EU (who he claims aren't even part of the discussions) and squarely back to the UN, is a smart move.
