Yes a deal has been struck but no one thought that Pristina would be jumping up and down about it now Germany and UK say they won't vote for Serbia's EU status well what is going to stop them from going back on the deal made for Karadic? Do you think they will actually keep looking for Mladic nope i don't think so and still stuck in the MUDD
