Sides deny striking EULEX deal

Point # 1 The EU has not recognized the kosovo UDI as an organization.Thanks to Spain, Slovakia, Greece, Romania & Moldova

POint # 2 The UNSC has not recognized the kosovo UDI. Russia and China continues to support Serbia's fight in the UN.therefore NO chance of getting a UN recognition.

Point # 3 There is a pending case in the ICJ regarding the legitimacy of the UDI against international law.

Point # 4 Your Ahtisaari plan was NEVER adopted / approve by the UNSC and at the same time resolution # 1244 is very much intact..

WITH THESE 4 POINTS ADAM HOW CAN YOU JUSTIFY THAT KOSOVO IS A STATE??

If EULEX gets its foot in the door the door will come off its hinges. Their will be no end of their unlawful demands they will increase.They will blame the Serbs for everything if their unrelenting demands are not met. Think wisely and care fully they are not your friends most of them are very vindictive users nations and people in the EU. -- Pieter Feith says that EC's Western Balkans Director Pierre Mirrel's statement on accepting Belgrade's conditions, "is not the Union's position".

It dosen't matter how Eulex is being deployed. It is the law of the Kosovo constitutions that will be deployed all over the Kosovo. The Kosovo constitution and it'äs laws are based on the Ahttisari plan. Tadic and UN is just fooling you serbs. Tadic knows that Kosovo is gone and he is letting go of it but in an peacefull matter. Not by jumping on recognition wich would danger he's political position and regional stability. Kostunica is telling it well. Serbia will sonnr or later reconize Kosovo. Or other wise Eu-intergration is out of the question.

Then I hear alote of serbs talking about the norh of Kosovo. Suhadoll s a village in the norh populated by albanians. Albanians there are drasticly building more houses and albanians are moving in. In 10 years there will be 50/50 albanians and serbs in the north. In 20 years serbs will step by step move from north mitrovica because they cannot live together with albanians. Suhadoll is 1500 meters away from noth mitrovica and albanians in this village is expanding very fast. Houses are being built so more albanians can move in. This is just another procces.

And the integrety of Serbia is out of the question because we abanians controll whole Kosovo. There is albanian police even in the north. Just look at the Kosovo flag an see where Kosovos borders start and end. There is no serbian sovregnety over the territory of Kosovo and will never be again. What integrety are you talking about when serbian goverment cannot put their nose in Kosovo. Not the north or the south. Stop dreaming and stop fooling your aown people. tell them thew truth that Kosovo if independent and will stay so. More recognition will come very soon.

whether you agree or not Mr.Pieter Feith, you have to obtain "permission" from Serbia and the UNSC in deploying EULEX.

Serbs, you be the judges of your own destiny, keep fighting for something you will NEVER gain, Kosova. Or move on and join the EU, which has already lowered and corrupted its own standards for nations joining this club, to legitimize the acceptance of a nation that committed acts of war and crimes against humanity on their own citizens. And, many of those SErbian leaders were found guilty of such crimes too by another int'l court, led by EU leaders.

Kosova is ruled by its own adopted constitution, developed with the help of Int'l/EU/US lawmakers.

Moldova is not a EU member, you meant Cyprus perhaps? Tadic is playing a smart move by letting EULEX in "neutral", this my friend means EULEX doesnt recognize Kosova as part of Serbia but rather as its own. Dont forget who's the founder of EULEX, his last name starts with an A and usualy ends with -plan. So good luck with UNSC!

How can you say that all of Europe is going to recognize Kosovo soon? How do you know this? Sounds like quite a bit of wishful thinking to me.

As long as Russia and China are opposing independence you won't get into UN or FIFA of Olympics. EU cannot recognize you because some countries refuse to and they will keep refusing regardless of how much you wish and click your red shoes.

Nobody is negotiating with Kosovo about EULEX. This is being done between Serbia and the UN. Can you not see that you don't have a country?
What does supervised independence mean to you? To me it means not independent but reliant on EU to approve anything you need to get done in Kosovo. How on earth do you classify this as having a country of your own?

You consider yourselves Albanian first and then Kosovar. Is that because there is no such race of people as Kosovars but rather Serbs from Kosovo, Albanians from Kosovo etc.?
