The Adriatic is already closed by albanian drug traffickers. There is so much drugs coming through from Kosovo/Albania to Europe that that all normal traffic is put on a hold.
And that's why an Albanian will never hold the head chair position in NATO...
Ironic isn't it? Albania was once best of pals with the Soviets then the Chinese just like it is today with the good old US...
40 years from now we'll be hearing things like - "No American planes can fly over Albania we won't allow it!!!"
You know what Albanese once those "evil" Russian and Chinese planes start a coming you can be the first to stop them because we all have immense faith in the brave well trained Albanian army... not.

No Chinese or Russian soldier should be allowed to fly over NATO territory. If they try it by sea and Crna Gora somehow allows them, Albania and Italy should close the Adriatic sea.
