Forget about the hague investigating organ harvesting, hand ball this investigation over to the Simon Wiesenthal Centre iam sure they will not be biased and will take how ever long it takes to bring the crimminals to justice , just as they are still chasing Nazi war crimminals 69 years after WW2.
Those guilty of this particular crime should for ever be looking behind their backs and not rest knowing that the truth will eventually catch up with them. Iam sure no objections will be raised by any ethnic groups.

So ms. Hartman - who is on trial in The Hague - is setting up an organisation that wants to establish the facts on war crimes. And then she starts with claiming this story bogus. It will be hard to prove the organ trade allegations. But it is also clear that until now the available facts have not been exhaustively investigated. See also the Spiegel article about this subject:

What an absolutely absurd woman. Dismissing the allegations as a manipulation because if you can't find the bodies you can't tell if how they were killed. The whole thing started when UN officials had sources come to them and say this sort of thing happened, even Albanian sources with no reason to start such a shocking claim. She's just proving she has no interest in seeking justice for Serbian victims of crimes.

Disgusting lack of regard for Serbian lives displayed again by a UN official. Sad but true.

Look at them running for cover. It's not true. No reason to investigate. No evidence.

How do they know there is no evidence when they don't even want to look for evidence?

They know that they are just as guilty for keeping quiet all these years. It would discredit Hague for any of this to be proven.

How can they sleep at night knowing that they are denying the dead justice? It takes special cold hearts to say these things. At least be prepared to investigate and order Albanian to cooperate.

If nothing turns up then say you are putting this to rest. You do not shelve a report of a crime and say I don't believe it so I won't even look into it.

Shame on them all.

... it’s not possible not to have information on missing persons, and, at the same time, know how they were killed ...

THIS is the only "sensitive" reaction on this issue. I would add: media should stopp torture families with cooking up rumours again and again. start to work professionally and report about FACTS ... and don't look on catching attention by creating such "sensitive issues".

Serbian journalists should ask Mrs. Del Ponte about the evidences she can offer ... and Serbian reporters should start again to report, what witnesses have seen with their own eyes ... and not report, what people have heard from unknown sources.

Serbia or the Serbs in this site are not interested in the truth because of the reasons below:

1. If Serbia was interested it would have asked Hague to reopen the investigation. Its been more than a year since I first read this news on B92 and then I immediately asked for the Serbian authorities to bring this issue to the Hague for a new investigation. They've been sitting on their behinds and been talking about the rumours for a whole year and have not been doing anything or taking any actions. You do not wait for a whole year if you want the truth to be uncovered. If you want speculations to continue and feed and brainwash the masses you wait for decades and centuries.

2. What was the point for the Serb prosecutors to ask for permission to prosecute in Albanian lands? Answer is simple. No Albanian and I mean no Albanian whatsoever would ever allow a branch of the Serbian state to be operational in the Albanian soil for any second no matter how much truth the accusation hold. The reason is because not even 100 years ago we had the Serbian army in Durres, claiming it to be the heart of Old Serbia, some of you still do. To put it in simple terms; if Macedonia or Greece had asked for something similar Albania would have been more understanding and created a mixed team of prosecutors. No matter how bad our relations with them had been in the past, through centuries we have been able to communicate and find middle ground with them. Nothing like that has ever happened with Serbia and I don't believe it ever will.
The Serbian prosecutors knew this. They knew they weren't going to get anything from Albania. So why waste time and go there? To keep the speculations going and feed their masses. It gets you headlines on B92 and Blic and it feeds your ultra-nationalists and those who can't think for themselves. It is very unreasonable to ask Albania after 1 year the rumours came up and not ask the Hague for an international investigation the second the rumours came out. Especially when you know that Albania and any Albanians out there including me are open and eager for an international investigations to find the truth and to lay these rumours to rest once and for all.

3. The Serbs in this forum, for as long as these speculations persist, feel they have more ammunition. They want to have that for as long as possible.

P.S I want to thank Malaysia for the recognition today.

You could not ask biggest Serb haters to comment on a such sensitive issue.
The fact is they can try to cover monsters, but someone will talk again like they did in a first place.
