Ya, so does that title sound like a complete oxymoron? How do you mandate criminals to tackle themselves? And why for god's sake are there no arrest warrants out for Sedju or Thaci? Both deserve an extented stay at Hotel Hague and about the entire "parliment" of Pristina. Kosovo is not a state, it's a purgatory.

TS, as the saying goes, "Create enough poverty and everyone becomes a criminal", Kosovo, maybe one of the richest regions of ex-Yugoslavia must dedicate at least some of this to Serbia's policy.

In any case, I believe that Croatians claim hundreds of churches burned by Yugoslav army and Serbian forces there. So do Bosnian muslyms for their mosques. Are you saying Serbs never burned any churches or mosques?

If you try to demonize a people as you do, how come you can even think they should live with you. I read a lot of serbians' comments here, and everyone think of Albanians as criminals, terrorists, and backward people. Well, some might think, all the evidence to the contrary. I don't see a chance here you want them as part of your society, further this mentality is only ground for further conflicts. Looks like Kosovo independence was the best for everyone. Now it doesn't matter if you hate them, you don't have to live with them, and vise-versa.

LOL:

Even those Europeans who really hate Muslims restrain from burning mosques, stealing their legal property, and expelling them en masse to neighbouring countries.

In Kosovo, however, it seems like Albanians look to the US's treatment of Afhganis in Afghanistan and the Israeli treatment of Palestinians in the West Bank, in roder to carve out their norms and "normally accepted" behaviour.

Perhaps the US will cheer you for this, but it's pretty far away from what is condiered European Standards.

Which is generally why K. Albanians are not exactly popular in Europe, and why Kosovo will be an EU colony rather than a EU member.
BIG DIFFERENCE!

Hmm Kosovo Albanians should embrace Serbian justice. A country where national heros like are practically national heros like Arkan, Legija, Karadzic, and where a few years ago the prime minister was slaughtered in the daylight in the middle of Belgrade. Well this looks like a crime free society. Please do not through stones from your glass house. Kosovo is a new state, and has same crime level as Serbia.

"There is no crime in Kosova. If was crime, would be criminals in court and prison, but No! Kosova ia world first crime-free state.
(Arsim, 30 October 2008 16:56)"

Arsim,

FYI, the fact that, as you stated, there are no criminals in court and prison is because the Kosovo Albanian maffia most likely runs the justice system. So any criminal that could go to court will get a pet on the head, is told not to do it again, and after a good laugh he leaves planning his next crime (and then the whole process starts again and again). They (the maffia) are above the system, in fact they are the system. The few judges that could potentially try to keep law and order are most likely threatened and so keep a low profile. The prisons are most likely filled with opponents of the maffia leadership, both Kosovo Albanians and others from the various ethnic groups, all under the eyes of NATO, the UN, and the EU (shame on you and you and you). Using a "crime-free" state would be a good one to attract tourists (and other criminals, who will have little competition).

I said I would like to distantiat of these crimes. this did b92 cut out.

Also I myself am a muslim albanian and in western countrys ZK you might have noticed that alot of people don't want a mosque that talks about murdering and defending criminals? I don't think burning is a way but a lot of people in western countrys who has been chouched by terror of muslim have a hattered to muslims and their mosque...

And isnt it your churqes that is seeing Arkan, Karazic as heroes and Angels that is the same as if all mosques and muslims saw Bin Laden as their hero and an Angel?

And you say Albania havent let an investigation on the alleged organtradings well none have been able too prove that so now the serbs forensics have god like powers and can bring everything too light.. Exuse me but these same people tried to during the Milosevic era silence B92 and refussed that massacres where beeing carried out after civilians in Bosnia, Kosova and Croatia? You still have around 1500 bodies missing atleast in Kosova those families need answers to let Albanian and Bosnian forensics enter and let them have acces too papers during MIlosevic era those even Haag court aren't alowed too look into?

As they say I rest my case.

What's your point Olf? In both articles I can see Serbians brought to justice. The huge difference being Albanians get rewarded for crime and they think it is totally normal. Just read what LOL wrote (and look at the number of his recommendations) - he is saying burning churches is fine because somehow a 500 year old building produces propaganda. I've only ever seen Albanians justify crime in such a way and I am not surprised that crime is so strongly associated them.

It’s absolutely disgrace to see how an independent news editor abuses the code of ethics by trying to scrutinize for any bad news that happens in Kosovo. I’m extremely surprise that B92 forgets that in that report Serbia had more criticism then Kosovo. The Government of Kosovo is credit for passing legislation, building democratic institutions, freedom of press and internal stability. Corruption was one of the issues not only for Kosovo but Macedonia, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia etc... What did EC say about Serbia? Did you forget about it? Oh sorry, you are too occupied looking for Kosovo issues, instead of your own people (Serbians).

LOL - If you have a "country", then why can't you run your own affairs? Why do you need EULEX? More importantly, if you have a country, why is the UN asking for Serbia's permission for EULEX? Everyone, including the EU and US know that Kosovo isn't a country. You can claim it is, but it isn't and never will be, unless Serbia gives it's permission. Kosovo is like Serbia's wild pet dog. eventually it'll chastise Kosovo for being a naughty dog and let it know who's the real boss.

So now you ARE admitting that churches are being burned down. Albo's have all said that WASN'T the case til now. It's just a matter of time before you'll be forced to admit that organ trafficking DID take place.

No propaganda is needed to know that Kosovo is lawless. Even the EU, the institution that "independent Kosovo" wants to join says i's crime ridden.

And by the way, Kosovo will never join the EU because it'll never become a UN member. Who needs Serbia to prevent Kosovo's EU accession when countries like Spain with a rejuvenated ETA to contend with, will block Kosovo at every turn.

Hmm, I wonder who the Albanians will blame for this failed "state"--Serbs, EC, the zodiak? Clearly they do no have the will nor the ability to rule themselves. Time for the EC to admit that Kosovo's powers to rule itself do not exist and for "autonomy" in certain political areas to be the governing principle. Kosovo's future is bleak as long as it insists on this facade and limbo of so-called independance.

I sleep well at night knowing that Serbs in Kosovo are still and always will be free from this tyranny and corruption, and that Kosovo je Srbija.

Kosovo Albanians were just convicted in Switzerland for running a large heroin ring. If those in Kosovo would crack down more there'd be less work in EU countries to clean up the Kosovo mess.

Swiss court convicts 2 for heroin smuggling
Released : Thursday, October 30, 2008 9:42 AM
BELLINZONA, Switzerland-Switzerland's Federal Criminal Court has sentenced Ragip Shabani of Kosovo to 15 years in prison for operating one of Europe's largest heroin selling rings.
The court has sentenced his brother Kemal Shabani to a suspended two-year term. He will only have to go to jail if he commits another crime during the next three years. A third defendant, Tariq Shabani, the 69-year-old father of the two men, was acquitted Thursday.
The two men were convicted of using their base in the southeast European country to import 1.5 metric tons (1.65 US tons) of heroin from Turkey for sale elsewhere.
Police in Kosovo, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, France, Slovenia and Hungary confiscated 970 kilograms of heroin in the case.

So what hope does the region have when people like LOL justify the burning of churches and continue to repeat lies that have long been proven wrong. I bet you still believe Iraq has weapons of mass destruction. Right?

Also, Albanians already have a country. It's called Albania but what you really want is about 5 countries carved out of the territory of sovereign states. Why do you find it so difficult to live with your neighbours in peace and harmony?

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but Kosovo is not a country. You only have to ask the UN, the only place a country can be legitimised. But since you believe all of that nonsense you just wrote about, it seems you are easily convinced - so believe all you want but it is not going to help the region and its stability. When you justify crime, it will continue to dominate the Albanians I'm afraid.

It only proves my point.

That's what happens when you dress terrorists and criminals in suits and call them leaders of illegal puppet entities. How is this problem supposed to be resolved when it exists at the core?

The Serbians need to continue resisting and to never allow these organised crimal networks to infiltrate our areas. Let it be contained within Albanian areas only.

It's no wonder the EU wants to send judges, police and prison guards into the Albanian sections while they are sending business people to Belgrade.

Like I said yesterday, the Albanians need a clean break from all of this crime and only then will the world start to show some respect. When they don't even permit an investigation into organ harvesting, then that really say it all.

But I'm sad to say that their master really isn't setting a good example either. They allowed the terrorists to flourish and allowed them to ethnically cleans a quarter of a million Serbians and other non-Albanians. They allowed them to burn churches and murder civilians (including their own) without a problem.

You only have to watch the videos of Albanians destroying churches and the group of supporters watching on, as if they were attending a picnic. How do you think your children will grow up when they think this is normal?

They are even attempting to carve another state out of holy soil of a sovereign country. It all really needs to stop and these people need to be taught what the law on a local and international level means.

To my Albanian friends - please distance yourself from all of these criminal and illegal activities. There really is no justification and it will certainly help regional stability.

Peace to all.

You still have around 1500 bodies missing atleast in Kosova those families need answers to let Albanian and Bosnian forensics enter and let them have acces too papers during MIlosevic era those even Haag court aren't alowed too look into?

As they say I rest my case.

This report says a lot about the state that Kosova is in after the Independence. However the region doesnt stand better in this issue.

See the link below to find out that Serbia is the same if not worst than Kosovo.

Are you kidding me! First they write that Kosovo is still a haven for organized crime and now they want this crimeinfested Kosovoalbanian government to spread its authority to the north. Unbelievable!

If I was a K-albanian, I´d be quite concerned.

there is now way our dear friends could ever blame the Serbs for this...

it´s just another proof of what is actually a generally known fact.

this stillborn puppet entity is far from having legal security since it is illegal itself.

Ida, unfortunately, this is just the very top of the iceberg, Switzerland's drug trafficking is being controlled by the K-Albanians (official statistics) and a certain "snake" used to live in Switzerland and initiate this ever flourishing business...

Hard to comment on the known and bleak reality...., whom to blame this time, of course everybody else apart from the K-Albanians themselves!
