The U.S. has commended Serbia’s decision to allow its ambassador to return to Washington, according to the American embassy in Belgrade.

The question is not if Serbian needs America. Believe it or not but it's about America needing Serbia.
There can be no stability in the Balkans without the serbs and there can never bee peace in Kosovo without the serbs. They didn't think little Serbia would cause them such an embarrassment regarding Kosovo. Bombs and sanctions couldn't subjugate the Serbs so now they hope diplomacy will.

I wonder if serbian government or at least somebody in that government has some dignity? a new humiliation! You don't need this US hypocritical democracy!
