Historically the name of Vardar-Bulgaria would be justified. If Austria is not Germany than what's wrong with Bulgaria being actually two countries?

Ah, perhaps because gruevski has some issues and he is an easy target for political blackmail.

Greece should resist the insanity and Serbia should join the mainstream Slavistic approach. "FYROM" is a product of Tito, "Macedonian" language is "titoised" Bulgarian.

Its funny that noone commented on the news report that came out on Sunday from a Greek newspaper. They even posted a picture of the document. I will post a part of the article here, just to show to some of you who is playing whose game:

"Athens yesterday expressed displeasure in the wake of allegations that a confidential US government document indicates secret cooperation between Skopje and Washington on the Macedonia name dispute.
The only negotiations permitted on the name issue are those being mediated by United Nations representative Matthew Nimetz, Greece’s Foreign Ministry spokes-man Giorgos Koumoutsakos said in reaction to a report in yesterday’s Ethnos (the newspaper) exposing the alleged cooperation.
The newspaper printed extracts from the document suggesting that Greece should be bypassed on the the issue of a supposed Macedonian identity and language. “The language and nationality would be called ‘Macedonian’ but this could be handled tacitly perhaps as an annex... or in some other internal UN document not subject to Greek review/approval,” the text reads.
The document was reportedly sent from the US Embassy in Skopje to the US State Department in July, well before Nimetz made his proposal to envoys from Athens and Skopje earlier this month."

Now, lets see. Who is the hypocrite here? Is the usa? Or maybe Nimetz? It has to be one of those 2, because we already know by now that the 2 boys in power in fyrom are definately hypocrites. That should serve as a lesson to all of those people that still support those disillusioned extremists living in fyrom, those that deny their slavic identity and try to usurp another one, those that a few years ago you were calling them "your brothers" and now they just spit on you face denying that brotherhood just to serve the americans' plans in the Balkans.

I have a suggestion for our brothers Macedonians. How about “Easily buckles under Western Powers Republic of Northern (not Greek) Macedonia) or EBUWPRN(NG)M for short. Or even better, “Soon to Loose 45% of its territory to Albanians Republic of Macedonia”. I won’t go any further as I’m sure this comment won’t get published.
