1 He fears the coalition is failing and he needs to start distancing himself from the policies of this failed government.

2 He feels that his party is failing and he needs to distance himself from his failures and Kosovo provides a diversion.

Don’t count your chickens before they hatch. I wouldn’t count Serbia out just yet. Kosovo issue is very far from over. If anyone thinks Serbia will just sit and watch her citizens being murdered, they are in for a rude awakening. This is new Serbia, armed with new powerful friends with resolve and law on it’s side. Most important issues as far as Kosovo is concerned are just at it’s beginning stages. Coming November 4th this shyster, used car salesman of US foreign policy Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Daniel Fried will be gone. Just like rest of Bushes stooges. For now he is just making lots of noise before he disappears from world stage of politics for good.

That's why Kosova got independence, Serbia used the same trick based on "Albanians are committing genocide against Serbs" to take away the autonomy. Plus, Serbia is in no mood to start another war, no matter how much the diaspora from their safe distance would like it. Things have changed from the time Serbia controlled JNA.

Secondly: You don't know how to lead-no idea on how should you create a better life for your own people. But i am sure when it comes to your personal advances and interests and making sure that your chair(position) is safe even if it means that Serbia and its people will pay(suffer) for your incompetence you still pursue your interest.Threatening your neighbors with another armed conflict is a perfect example, generalising few incidents is not going to win you points even with the Serbian people i am sure of that and forget any empathy from the rest of the world this time world is in Kosova they know what is happening so give up,it worked for milosevic then but the world was not allowed in Kosova then that's why he got away for a short period of time different story now Mr Dacic.If you wanna show the world that you mean business than by no means start another armed conflict in Kosova with NATO you might win this time.
