1941 Kragujevac massacre remembered

This was a massacre and in today's language a war crime.
No one has ever been convicted for it.
The Western media ignores it.
Germany has never formally apologised for it.
The US has never pursued the perpetrators for it.
The EU ignores it.

The whole of Banat (now Vojvodina) had 500,000 people with close to 300,000 being Serbian. The area was controlled by Nazis during WWII and executing Serbians, Jews and Roma. It seems to me freedom, that you are supporting the Germans in this case with a bunch of lies.

Great post Alexander, in couple sentences you've summed up what selective justice/morality means in international relations.

Justice and morality are relevant only as long as they are politically expedient.

@Freedom, those stats made me laugh out loud. Just like Whitehouse spokesmen James Reuben's hundreds of thousands dead in Kosovo, "we have to intervene now." I suggest you pick up some Serbian history textbooks where you can find the truth. Serbs never lie when it comes to history!

I agree with what you're saying, but don't forget about the 550,000 German civilians that were ethnically cleansed from Vojvodina after WW2 and they never had the right to return or even recieve any compensation for their homes and land that was taken away -- that is a war crime as well.

You can google -- ethnic groups of Vojvodina and go to the German section and its right there what I said about 500k being cleansed and then Serbs taking their homes.

If Serbs don't lie, then why did all these problems happen in the 1990's with all other nations and Serbs, because the Serbs are always right and everybody is wrong and bad -- give me a break and look at reality.

To all victims families of Kragujevac and to the Germans of Vojvodina --- my condolences for your loss, these were horrific events that should never of happened!

You article says the ethnic cleansing of the Germans was the idea of Tito and Mose Pijade.

Tito was and ethnic Croat/Slovene while Mose Pijade, according to Wikipedia was Jewish communist.

So the rulers of that cleansing were non-Serbs.
